A Letter from the Founder

Hi! I'm Danielle, Mum of our feisty studio name-sake, qualified Primary teacher, experienced Art Educator, recycled materials hoarder, crafter and all-round manager of things.

My favourite quote is "Art makes Children Powerful" and I love to provide kids with stimulating & exciting materials (often recycled) to see what they come up with.

My creative business was founded 15 years ago to nurture kids' creativity and empower them with confidence and problem solving skills. After 20 years working in Public schools our Bricks 'n mortar studio was born which ran successfully for 6 years (even through Covid lockdowns!). Although our dedicated space closed in April, we now host bigger and better school holiday programs at council venues and onsite after school art classes.

Little Ginger Studio is know for providing the best Art Camps in the East - focused on fun, hands on and child-led creativity!
